Hey, everyone! I'm Mickey, I am a Georgia boy full of JOY! I'm always ready for playtime and jumping into fun adventures. Did I mention I have a bit of a chew habit? But don't worry, with plenty of chew toys around, I'll be as happy as can be! Plus, I'm super treat motivated, so teaching me new tricks for a tasty reward is right up my alley. And get this-I'm totally chill around other dogs, and I absolutely thrive on attention from people. I go to events and enjoy getting all the nice pats, but nobody ever seems to want to come get me when I go back to the Ranch. I wonder why??? Even though I've been here almost 2 years, I am holding on to hope that the right person is going to see me and love me and want me. During my time here, I've had the chance to meet so many kind and loving staff members who have shown me compassion and introduced me to new experiences. Their care has made me feel safe and comfortable, but deep down, I know that nothing will compare to the day when I finally find my forever home. Look at my smile, it's just for YOU!

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
