Howdy y'all, they call me Woody 'round here. I'm not originally from these parts, I actually come from Georgia. And I'm sweet as a Georgia peach to show for it! When I'm done moseying around my yard for a good ol' sniff, I like to lay back and relax in the sun. Bellyrubs will make you my best pardner. Most hounds tend to be pretty darn wild, but I prefer to nap around and eat lots of snacks.I do get along with other dogs as long as they're good to me, but I ain't too fond of little kiddies, especially since I can be a bit shy at first. Once I open up to ya, I'm a mighty fine walker on the leash. I'm lookin' for a home sweet home where I can stretch out in the sunshine and be your best pal.

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
