Russell is a very sweet and playful 1-year old fostered Chihuahua/Tibetan Spaniel mix looking for his forever home. He is very energetic with a happy and affectionate personality. He gets along great with all dogs, people and children, he has been neutered, and all of his vaccinations are up to date. Russell is also crate-trained, enjoys car rides, and loves to be the center of attention. He would make a great addition to any family.
