My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grace and Nora are beautiful sisters and have had some bad luck in the past. We want to turn that around and find them a wonderful forever home. In 2016 they were kittens abandoned in a carrier outside. We took them in and gave them all the love and TLC they needed and adopted them to what we thought would be their forever home. After 6 years in a home they were relinquished to a shelter in Pennsylvania. Thankfully the shelter tracked us down through the microchips we put in. We can’t emphasize enough if an adopter can not keep our adoptees they are to return to us! Grace & Nora took a little time to decompress but they are now ready for their new forever home! A quiet home would be best and we want them to be adopted together as they are bonded.

More about this rescue

Animal Lifeline Inc., is a small non-profit rescue organization, dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of sick and/or injured stray and abandoned dogs and cats. Created by the employees of an animal hospital in Burlington County, NJ, we believe that as animal health care professionals, we not only have the opportunity, but also the responsibility to help animals that shelters might otherwise be forced to euthanize.
Animal Lifeline, Inc. is an animal rescue group, not a shelter. Animals are placed in foster care whenever possible; they're boarded at a veterinary hospital when foster homes are not available, or when illness prevents in-home care.
All animals are examined by veterinarians. Dogs are heart-worm tested, and cats are FIV/FELV tested. They are fully vaccinated, wormed and spayed or neutered (if old enough).
