Buddy is the sweetest dog! He's silly and friendly, with lots of love to give. He has been neutered, and is up-to-date on vaccines. He's heartworm-negative and receiving monthly prevention. We have no idea what his breed mix is - our vet guessed border collie might be in there.

Buddy spent his first two years chained to a tree. He has been in foster care for almost two years since being rescued and we treated his heartworms, giving him time and love as he adjusted to life free of abuse. Now he's medically cleared and ready for a family who will treat him right for the rest of his life. He's a quick study and eager to please, though he's not particularly food-motivated.

The adoption fee for Buddy is $200. Buddy did fantastic with crate training as he recovered from his neuter. His leash manners are pretty good, but he can use more practice. (He has not been introduced to young children or cats.)
