Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ghost is a very sweet boy who was bottle fed as a baby kitten and he is the sweetest gentlest cat. Bottle fed cats are incredibly bonded to people, affectionate, and loving. Ghost gets along great with people, other cats, dogs, and kids.

Sadly, he was adopted as a kitten and returned over a year later through no fault of his own because the owner said he liked to climb. Climbing is a natural cat behavior and we always recommend providing a cat condo or high places or perches for cats to climb or sleep on. That is where cats feel safe and content! Jackson Galaxy encourages "catifying" your home to make it cat-friendly and give your cat lots of high places that are just for them that engage their natural feline instincts of climbing and relaxing on high perches. Playing with your cat daily to get their hunter instinct engaged and to provide physical activity will keep them happy and healthy!

We are really rooting for Ghost to find his forever family that appreciates him for the wonderful cool cat he is!

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees: $125 for a kitten and $100 for a cat 6 m or older. We will discount if you adopt 2 at the same time. Higher rates may apply for animals who get adopted very quickly and will help fund the care of those who need a longer stay in their foster homes and for those cats expensive veterinary .
All our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP and microchipped. They are also treated for fleas and intestinal parasites. Some of the cats have been tested for feline diseases.

All potential adopters will be interviewed. Full return policy if adoption does not work out.

We help strays and free-roaming cats live better lives by facilitating spay and neuter and vaccinations. Animal not suitable for living in the wild will be homed through our adoption program. Cat Network of Stanislaus is a 501(c)3 approved animal advocacy group. We primarily focus on feral and stray cats and serve our community so that they best can help these animals. Some cats that were found on the street end up becoming great pets. That is when they make it to this site. We take pride in the fact that we consider every animal worthy of rescuing regardless of age and medical needs. Some of our cats are special needs.
