My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jimmy is a 2 year old, 21 lb terrier that was abandoned by his owners but was thankfully rescued by one of their neighbors. Jimmy is up to date on his vaccines, is neutered and microchipped. Jimmy is shy at first but warms up quickly. He is great with people, including children, and loves other dogs. Jimmy loves playing with squeaky toys. He's not too crazy about car rides but we are sure he will get the hang of it with the right family. He also needs help with leash training. However, Jimmy is house trained. Once he's ready to come back inside, he will be at the door barking to let in. How cute is that?!

Jimmy is being fostered in Boerne, TX but can make the trip to Coldwater, MI on 10/26/23 for an approved adopter. If you would like to schedule a meet and greet or would like to be considered for adoption, please submit an application via our website, anassafehavenrescue.org.
