My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was so afraid when I was introduced to my new home at the sanctuary, until I realized how wonderful life is here! I have dozens of new friends, and it didn't take me long to come out of my... SHELL (get it?!) once the hoomans began bringing me tasty morsels to feast upon for breakfast and dinner! I absolutely love helping my friends eat their bowls of medicine mixed with baby food, to where my caregivers now make sure I have a bowl of my own during this time. Life is grand, and I can often be seen flitting about outside on the patios during playtime, yet nestled up in a warm, cozy bed under a direct sunbeam when it becomes sleepy time. I can't wait to share my fun, free life with you, too!
