Frannie is a sweet, shy girl who takes a little time to warm up to people. She will take tasty treats from your hand as she builds trust and once she does, this cutie will steal your heart! Frannie feels more comfortable and confident when she's with her dog friends and would do best in a home with another dog to show her the ropes. She will need a home that can be patient with her as she learns about the world around her, as well as a home that can keep her safe since she is a flight risk and can climb fences.
