One of her favorite positions is upside down on her back, which is just too cute for words.
Before joining their foster family, Cardi experienced a painful eye infection and entropion, a condition where the eyelashes grow into the eye. Fortunately, her entropion has been corrected, but she does have slightly limited vision. However, this doesn't dampen her spirits or affect her ability to enjoy life. We are a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 foster-based rescue, which means we do not have a central building. Our rescue registration number with the State of NY is RR131. For logistical reasons, all of our foster homes are in Lewis and Jefferson Counties. If there is an animal you are interested in meeting, we ask you to first fill out the adoption application, which can be found in the main menu. You do not need to live in Lewis or Jefferson county to adopt; we do adopt out of state (and to Canada as well!)
