My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack is 5 yrs old and weighs 24.5 lbs.
Jack lived with 2 large dogs in his home. Sadly, their owner suffered a brain injury and was no longer able to take care of them.

His foster caregiver describes him as being an amazing little dog. Very affectionate, gives lots kisses, a true lap dog who loves everyone, men in particular. He is a gentle little guy who has a medium energy level. He is housebroken and quiet when crated although he was not known to have been crated by his owner. So he unlikely will require to be crated once he has settled into his new household. Jack enjoys the company of other dogs and tends to be submissive towards them but in case of agression, he could hold his own by letting out a "leave me alone" warning growl. Jack seems to have been leash walked at some point in the past, and just requires a little refresher practice.

Jack is a very playful, fun loving little fellow, true to his awesome breeds background. He would certainly suit the lifestyle of an active family, with older dog savvy children, or outdoorsy individuels since he has the energy to be an excellent walking or running mate. He would also do well sharing a home with an other friendly social dog since he was raised with 2 large dogs.
