Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I would like to introduce myself; my name is Pippa Joy. I'm a young girl, only about 1 year old and 40lbs, with a pep in my step and joy in my heart. I greet everyone, dogs and humans, with affection. My favorite thing to do is step on your lap so I can be really close to you while you pet me and tell me what a good girl I am and how pretty I am. Both are so true. Licks are probably going to happen, so be ready, I have a long bulldog tongue.
As far as house manners go, I know a lot already and am a quick study. I have mastered sitting on command, taking treats nicely, and eating without issue. I am potty trained on a schedule. I don't let you know that I need to go out (yet) so I do need to be on a schedule to keep it tidy in the house. Speaking of tidy, I don't play with anything except my toys and you! Walks are easy with me too, I don't pull or bark. If you go out, that's ok with me. I don't mind being in my safe space, I nap and rest for when you get back! I sleep through the night in my safe space too. As you can see, I'm pretty perfect! One thing I am working on is not jumping up on people. Since I'm a little girl, I don't knock you over, I'm just so thrilled to be off the streets and out of the pound, that I just can't control myself. My foster family is helping me learn that I will get all the pets and loves without having to jump for it.
Did I tell you that I have a foster sister? She is a bulldog too. I'm incredibly nice and respectful of her, I love her sooo much! She's starting to trust me, since I'm so sweet, that we are now playing a little bit! Yay! We take treats and chew bones together. She even showed me how to swim in the lake, it was so fun! I love going for adventures in the car.
My foster family says that I'm going to make some people really happy since I'm such an adorable little honey love bug. I hope it's you!
Love, Pippa Joy
