Franklin is a long-haired Dachshund, born about Feb. 17, 2023. Hhis weight is about 12.7 lbs. He is a twin of his brother, Ryker. They not only look alike but they act alike also. We would love to see them adopted together but it is not a deal breaker.
He is the sweetest boy you will ever meet. All you have to do is look at him and he rolls on his back for a belly rub. He loves to be in your lap while you rub on his beautiful silky ears. He loves people and gets along with other dogs. We don't have a cat so we are not sure how he would do with one. He is a vocal boy and will let you know when he needs your attention.
He would not do well if left alone for long periods of time or in an apartment. He is house trained to a doggie door so he would need to learn your potty system.
