My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Jerry!

Jerry is a 6-year-old male tuxedo cat with a gentle and sweet nature. Due to his visual impairment, Jerry will need extra support in adjusting to his new home, but he's more than worth the effort. He's bonded to Jake and takes his socialization cues from him, making their relationship a special one. Jerry can be nervous around new people and places but, with time and patience, he settles in beautifully. Once confident in his space, Jerry is incredibly charming, affectionate, and a true delight. He loves Churu treats, gentle pets, and enjoys playing with tactile toys that help him engage his senses.

Jerry has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and had preventative treatments to ensure he is healthy and ready for his next step.

To meet Jerry and Jake, visit the Best Friends New York Soho Lifesaving Center at 307 West Broadway, New York, NY, near Canal Street. We're open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved. Come by and see if Jerry is the perfect match for you!
