Introducing Jerry!
Jerry is a seven-year-old male tuxedo cat with a gentle and sweet nature. Due to his visual impairment, Jerry will need extra support in adjusting to his new home, but he's more than worth the effort. He's bonded to Jake and takes his socialization cues from him, making their relationship a special one. Jerry can be nervous around new people and places but, with time and patience, he settles in beautifully. Once confident in his space, Jerry is incredibly charming, affectionate, and a true delight. He loves Churu treats, gentle pets, and enjoys playing with tactile toys that help him engage his senses.
His foster notes "Jerry is a beautifully sweet and shy boy. He's reserved and a bit unsure given his visual limitations but is learning to open up and receive some gentle and slow pets (while eating a Churu!). He's an excellent eater and loves hanging out on the couch. He's often meows or "calls for his brother Jake, who always responds. Jerry is still quite shy and cautious but, despite his visual limitations to understand his surroundings, has never once hissed, swatted, or growled. ".
Jerry has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and had preventative treatments to ensure he is healthy and ready for his next step.
