My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cuddly, Chatty, Cozy

The only rumble you'll hear from Texas Chainsaw Meowssacre is the sound of his happy purr! There's nothing he loves more than snuggling with you or getting a delectable chin scratch. Either one of these exciting events will get his purr motor going strong!

Texas has the cutest bobcat ear tips and a super soft tabby coat. He is curious at times, but mostly likes to spend his days taking it easy and hanging out with his human. He also enjoys lounging with other cats who are laidback and friendly like him.

Don't be surprised to find Texas charging up his meow box. He is a talkative fellow! In all likelihood, he's telling you that you are loved and to keep those cuddles coming or, could be he's alerting you to something especially urgent...for instance, it's mealtime!

The ideal home for Texas is one with someone who is home most of the time. He is happiest when he is with his person and you will always feel safe and sound with him curled up by your side. Contact us to meet this loving and charming gentleman!

Texas Chainsaw Meowssacre has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Texas can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about Texas Chainsaw Meowssacre's care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
