Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***Located in Houston, TX. Available for out of state adoption.***
Hi there! I'm Luna, the luckiest puppy ever! ? I may be just around 8 months old, but I've already had quite an adventure. One day, a kind human found me at the cross section of two busy roads, and they saved me from a very close encounter with a car! It turns out my previous owners didn't appreciate my puppy charms, so they left me all alone.
But guess what? I respond to the name Luna now, and I'm ready to find my forever home thanks to my wonderful foster parents. I'm a probably going to be around 50 pounds of pure cuddly love, and I can't wait to share it with my new family.
I'm a playful pup, always up for a visit to the dog park, a walk in the neighborhood or a romp in the yard. I'm as sweet as can be, and my curiosity knows no bounds. But what I love most in this world is cuddling up with my humans. It's my absolute favorite! I currently have a 3 year old human foster sister and my foster parents say I'm great with her! I'm also friendly with other dog friends!
Squeaky chew toys and bones are the keys to my heart, and I'll entertain you for hours with my enthusiasm for them. Oh, and let's not forget about snacks – they're like tiny treasures to me, especially when I'm a good girl outside (potty training is going great – no accidents here!).
So, if you're looking for the cutest, most lovable dog to be your best friend, look no further. I'm here, ready to fill your life with endless joy and puppy kisses! ???

Our adoption fee is $450 to fly your dog to the nearest airport that (1) has a direct flight from Houston, TX and (2) can accommodate the size travel crate your dog would fly in. If there is no direct flight, then we do have to schedule flights with layovers. We only use United Airlines because of their PetSafe Program. They are the only airline equipped to fly dogs in year-round weather conditions. The dogs get the same air and heat as in the passenger cabin.

More about this rescue
We rescue dogs from the streets of Houston, TX, vet them, recuperate them from health problems, bring them to full health and then work very hard to get them adopted out-of-state. Houston, TX has over ONE MILLION stray dogs. Thousands of perfectly healthy dogs, along with sick and dying dogs that are picked up, are euthanized every single day. Houston, TX is saturated with dogs. Everyone who WANTS a dog HAS a dog. We can only save lives by getting dogs out of our region. We have found the very best adopters in the Northeast and Northwest U. S. and Canada.
