Lulu is about one and a half years old. She weighed 13 pounds at her last vet visit. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. We're not sure what breed she is, she's got some long legs on her, but she is a small dog. She came to rescue through an owner surrender.

She has been cat and kid-tested, likes playing with her foster sisters, and loves to meet new people. She does okay on a leash and comes readily when called. She has a good appetite and managed to add a bit of needed weight.

She tends to dart toward an open door, but her foster family has been teaching her to stay and wait instead. She definitely knows what “go potty” means and didn’t take long to make use of the doggy door and fenced area at her foster home. In the car, she quickly gets comfortable and is ready to nap. Her foster family reports that after decompressing for a few days, she became a lap-loving cuddle bug.

Located in the St. Louis area, her adoption fee is $275.
