Sky is adaptable through SCAR in South County Monterey. She is being fostered in Salinas, California. She has her own website..scan the QR code. Sky was adopted at 1 years old from the SPCA. She was then kept in the back yard 24/7 on a chain that was quite short for 3 years. The neighbor was allowed to walk Sky and take her to dog parks. The neighbor wanted a better life for Sky so posted her information on Next-door. I responded and SCAR and I took her in. She is a very sweet and affectionate girl who loves belly rubs. She loves long walks and just being with you. She is being socialized because she did not have much interaction with other dogs. She does not do well with cats. She is better paired with older children as she is strong and could knock younger ones down. She has some car anxiety but does love going places. We think she gets motion sickness. We are getting her professionally trained. She would be best as a one dog home until she is better socialized.
