This sweet little terrier mix is approx 8 yrs old and 20 lbs,

we did a Dna test on her and she was mainly miniature schnauzer / poodle and shih tzu

she is a really nice little girl and very well behaved, she seems to be well house trained and gets along with the other rescues - she likes to hang out by herself and likes to lay at your feet while working

she would do great as an only dog or with a buddy

She tested positive for heartworms when we rescued her and has been treated as per the AHS guidelines, we usually find that the dogs test clear in 6 months and the AHS suggests retesting in 9 months

THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TX

OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only and no children under that age of 8 years.

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF VET RECORDS ON YOUR CURRENT OR PAST DOG FOR OUR REVIEW. RECORDS MUST SHOW THE POTENTIAL ADOPTER AS THE OWNER

The total adoption fee of $500 ( and includes spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip.transport and the required interstate health certificate..The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. care.
