Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Finnegan was found almost starved to death by a highway in rural Oklahoma. Despite of his dark past, he shines brightly and is the sweetest boy. He loves people, dogs and is great with cats too. He looks to be a retriever mix but definitely on the small side. He is maybe 8 months old and weighs 30 lbs now that he's put on some weight. He deserves someone to love him for the rest of his life after what he's been through and he will love you the same in return. The video is from when I first met him.
He is currently still in Oklahoma but can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. We have frequent transports to the locations below. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport. If for some reason things don't work out, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go on the next transport back to Oklahoma until a new home is found.
