Big mama Bubbles is looking for the best home ever and she sure deserves it! This 5 1/2 year old little pudge-pot has really endured too much. She was found wrapped in bubble wrap, tied up in the street and abandoned. What's even worse is that she was suffering with a life-threatening uterine infection too! She received immediate, life-saving surgery and her road to recovery began. Bubbles has signs of a tough life: a piece of her nose has been chomped off, she looks to have had several litters too, yet you couldn't diminish her joy and playful spirit if you tried. She lives up to her name and is the most bubbly dog around. She's strong but well-behaved, she's gentle with taking treats, she sits when asked and listens well, and she LOVES running after toys! Due to her past experiences, she would love a pet-free home. Bubbles is so eager to meet you and go off to the happy life she deserves! Call 609-693-1900 or email: office@ahsppz.org for an application. File#63917 3/29/23

More about this shelter
The Associated Humane Societies rescues stray and homeless animals, both domestic and wildlife, providing quality care and sanctuary until loving homes can be found. As a community-based organization, we provide low-cost veterinary care and humane education to promote responsible pet guardianship throughout New Jersey.
For over a century we have offered a haven to abused and neglected animals. Founded in 1906, AHS is the largest animal sheltering system in New Jersey, operating three shelters located in Newark, Forked River, and Tinton Falls. Our Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds.
The Society is a not for profit, 501(c)3 organization and we take pride in our devotion to the thousands of animals that come through our doors looking for a better life.
Please visit our website AHSCares.org for additional information.
