My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LUCA is a 6-year-old male Yellow Labrador Retriever mix who weighs 65 lbs. What is his mix? Could be Lab? could be Golden? We don't know for sure, but there's no doubt he's Retriever. He loves to tote things around. Sadly, Luca was returned to us recently when his family's circumstances changed. He is crate, leash and house-trained. He is happy, he is healthy, and we're glad to have him back.

Luca's next home? He should go to active adults. Luca loves people and he would greatly enjoy a fenced in yard so he can fetch to his hearts' delight. He's very social and eager to please. Luca grew up as an only dog, without much dog interaction, so while we think he could be properly introduced to another, it's hard to say. He's got basic obedience mastered so sit, down, stay and come are on board! We took him to an adoption event at Petco and he behaved beautifully.
