Hi I'm Oscar and no I'm not a grouch quite the opposite actually. I love my humans and just can't get enough pets, they're my favorite! I like to play with my feline and canine friends and I even get along with the baby and toddler that come hang out. I can be perfectly chill and just cuddle or I can play, it's up to you. My litter box skills are perfect and I am just looking for my forever home. Do I sound like the perfect guy for you?
