Rascal came to us as a tiny puppy and is still learning about the big world. With time and positive experiences, he has shown that he thrives in the company of other dogs and is learning to enjoy human attention. When Rascal gets comfortable with someone, he loves being petted and will eagerly cuddle up for some cozy moments.
