The sweetest boy Axel is ready to find his forever cuddle buddy!

Axel is the perfect balance of playful and snuggly. He loves to go on runs, walks and hikes, as much as he loves curling up and watching a movie. Axel loves his people and loves to please, so he is a great listener. He knows skills like sit and lay down, and he would love to learn more! Especially if you give him a kong with peanut butter :)

Axel also loves playing with other pups and would love to live in a home with other dogs or have puppy playdates often. He would prefer a home where someone works from home, as he loves to be close to his humans. He would also love a big backyard to run around in to get out his zoomies!

Axel is truly the best boy and is ready to find his forever home!

Step one:

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
