Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marcone is ready to be your new best friend! After he warms up to you and knows he can trust you, he is a very sweet and loyal little guy that just wants to follow you around the house and snooze next to you on the sofa or by your feet. All he asks is that you give him some space for the first couple of weeks while he adjusts and gets to know you.
He absolutely loves spending time outside, whether out in the backyard or going on walks. Either way, he'll eagerly spin in circles by the door in anticipation when he knows it's time to go out. He is house-trained and also goes out for that.
Being a terrier, he appreciates taking time on walks so he can sniff everything and mark his territory. He's pretty good on the leash, only pulling when he REALLY needs to check out a small out-of-reach. He especially loves walks when he has another friend to walk with and can follow their lead.
He is extremely smart and quick to figure out his enrichment puzzles, but he also loves tossing around the plushie squeak toy or tennis ball. While he loves to play, he's ready to settle down for a long snooze. When he gets up from a nap, he'll do the cutest little stretch, splooting his little legs out and giving a silly little yawn.
And when he wants pets, he'll sit right next to you and/or nudge your hand with his nose. While he takes some time to warm up, it is so worth it! He is eagerly awaiting the right person who has the patience to build that special, everlasting bond with Marcone.
