My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our sweet Lillie is looking for her “furever” home! Lillie and her sister were strays in a small town in Georgia. A sweet couple took both dogs in, but sadly their dog did not like Lillie. The couple took Lillie to a local vet to be euthanized but thankfully, the vet saw a spark in Lillie that he just couldn’t extinguish! The vet contacted Deep South Canine Rescue! Sadly, there was no room at the rescue site, but Deep South saw Lillie’s potential also!! Lillie was sent to boarding for a year. After boarding, she went into a foster home with children and other animals. She then went into training with a local (but fabulous!) dog trainer where she blossomed!!!!! Lillie has had a long road with finding her forever home and she can’t wait to meet you!!! She is wonderful with low energy dogs and LOVES children! She also LOVES to go on rides!! Has storm anxiety. Lillie is house trained AND crate trained!! Feel free to contact the rescue for more information! This little “flower” is anxiously awaiting her “furever” home!!
