Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Have you heard of the little mermaid? The cute, spunky and friendly sea princess? Well Ariel is nothing like her. She is sassy and dances to her own song. She loves her cat companions but wants to make sure her hoomans know that they work for her.
The ideal home for Ariel is one with more than one cat. Ideally a Sebastian or a flounder but she does not discriminate names. She speaks feline and not any hooman tongue. You have to have a lot of treats and good food or else she will go back in to her shell. You can try to sing a tune like Ursula and lure her to you but you better be a good singer or like the smart feline she is-she will magically disappear into her cave. Her future owner will understand that she will never be the cuddly cat but that with time she will form an strong bond with both her cat sibling/s and her hooman. Are you a King Triton or Queen Athena that will save this feline from become part of the meerpeople in Ursula's cave? Apply today!. DOB: 6/25/2020
Adoption fee for this cat includes FVRCP vaccine, FIV/FELV testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) wellness vet visit, one month of pet insurance and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian. Please fill out our application at https://gkarma.wufoo.com/forms/good-karma-pet-rescue-cat-adoption-screening/ if you are interested in meeting or adopting this cat and we will be in touch right away!

We have a quick but thorough adoption process. We ask you to fill out an application and we will touch base with you by phone. If we feel you are a good fit for the animal you would like to adopt based upon your application, we will want to do a home visit and have you meet the pet. If everything checks out, we will ask that you sign an adoption contract and pay a donation - usually $75 for cats and $150 for dogs. This includes all vetting, spay/neuter, vaccines, etc.
Our contract allows us to come visit you and your new family member after the adoption to make sure everything is going well and your new pet is happy & healthy.

More about this rescue
Good Karma Pet Rescue is a small network of foster homes in South Florida dedicated to providing dogs and cats in need with the love and help they need and deserve.
GK was started in 2011 by Stacey Chen, who decided that she could best provide for her foster animals by starting a rescue that aims for best care rather than high volume. We intend to stay as small as we need to be to ensure that every one of our foster animals is treated with the same care and respect we show our own furry family.
GK is based in Fort Lauderdale and is supported by wonderful, dedicated foster parents throughout the South Florida area. If you are interested in helping to save lives through volunteering, fostering, or adopting, please get in touch with us!
