My story

Bonita

Beautiful husky girl Bonita, born April 2023, is looking for a home. She is expected to grow to about 55 lbs. Her mum and littermates were often seen wandering in the area of the SPCA PV sanctuary and staff and volunteers saw them in deteriorating condition due to a diet heavy on garbage and took them in to give them the care they needed. Bonita eats voraciously – making up for lost time, and likes to do so solo. Bonita is an energetic pup so she’d love a yard with some space to burn off some zoomies. She enjoys the beach, outings with volunteers, and some play time with her siblings. She is timid around strange dogs but befriends them. She is spending her early life in the sanctuary so she’ll be looking for a helping hand in adjusting to a real home with love and cuddles. She is now healthy and vaccinated.
