Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This is Scotch and she is very no nonsense, straight to the point kind of gal so this is specifically what she wanted listed:
Favorite snack: wet food of any kind. She was a trash panda in a previous life and has no qualms with eating like one.
Favorite pastime: judging everyone and everything. You, the weather, big spoons, the AARP...you name it, she'll judge it.
Favorite podcast: The Judgies. See above response for context.
Dream job: Taste tester. What will she taste test? Hands, wet food, arms, treats, any body part that's nearby if you have the complete audacity to "f*** around and find out..
Scotch is very spirited and generally pretty sweet until you cross her boundaries. She gives very clear indications when she's annoyed and about to enter slash/bite mode and anything after that is on you.
She doesn't like other cats but could live with another laid back cat if she has room to hang out away from them and they're not getting in her face. However, we feel she could really benefit from being an only.
No kids or no dogs, she will bite them with the few teeth she has left.
She wants a home were she is given free rein to be herself and do what it is she does.
Scotch is about 5ish years old, spayed, UTD on all core vaccinations, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, dewormed, and on monthly flea prevention.
She has had a couple of dentals and just has her front teeth. She can eat dry food but prefers wet.
Her adoption fee is $75 and you can find her application here: www.jcccats.org/adoption-application
*Gentle reminder not to call for questions. Instead message us here or email us at tnr@jcccats.org*
