Fido is a 4-year-old hound mix. He is an active, adventurous boy looking for his forever family to share adventures with. Fido is as sweet as he is handsome and shows his goofy side when enjoying a full body rub-down with extra attention applied to chest and behind ears. He wants to be with you, sit with you and, above all, run with you, play with you and entertain you. He is eager to learn, already knows his sit and down commands and accepts treats gently. Fido comes out of his kennel for a walk with enthusiasm and a wagging tail. He settles in nicely with his doggie friends here at the shelter, meeting them all face-to-face without any problems and taking full advantage of the chance to explore new surroundings. The previous owner said he was housebroken and leash trained. He said he was shy when meeting new dogs and new people. He also stated he loves going jogging with him. He wasn't around cats or kids. His adoption fee is $55.
