My name is Berlin. I'm shy at first but once I've warmed up to you and come out of my shell I am the sweetest. I really like my chin rubs and love rolling over for some pets. I was apart of a TNR project but was way too friendly to be returned so have now been in foster care for 3 years. I get overlooked because I'm shy and because most people don't like black kitties but I really am such a great kitty. Please give me a chance. I promise you won't regret it.
