Gaten is a sweet and loving pittie mix with long legs and and dreamy eyes that captivate your heart. He has mostly white velvety like fur with grey patches and and amazing "eye patch". Gaten came into our rescue from a kill shelter where he was found as a stray. He had some sores on his legs, tail, and paws and was very skinny. He has received the very best care with Players for Pits and is well on his way to being completely healed and at a healthy weight!

Gaten is a perfect mix of playful and lazy. He enjoys walks and playing in the yard but is happy to curl up and take a nap when needed. He loves people and rarely barks. He enjoys soft pets and a soft bed to take a nap on. He's good on his leash and enjoys walks and he enjoys playing in the back yard. Gaten is a gentle boy who loves to be loved. Fun fact about Gaten, he is a wonderful travel companion!

Gaten is a smart cookie, he knows "sit", "down", and "come", and is working super hard on crate training! He loves playing with the resident female dog in the yard and is learning how to "settle" when his favorite playmate is in the room. Three words to describe Gaten? Sweet, calm, and gentle!
