My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Handsome Velvet is one of the 18 cats we rescued from a hoarder who'd passed away. When he landed in his foster home, he was inititally very shy, and we can't blame him--a new living space can be scary when you've come from a background like his. However, within a week, he became a world-class explorer who's super playful and very vocal--he responds to his name with a "meow" and you can keep the conversation going by answering him! Velvet looooves having his ears and head scratched and gets along great with other cats, so we think he'd be happiest if you already have a kitty who needs a playmate or are interested in adopting two, but he can also be adopted as your "one and only".
