My story

Adoption Fee: $125 (includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations)

Found on the streets of Stockton with a HORRIFIC neck wound (maybe from a coyote attack). After a couple of surgeries, and a lot of TLC, he eventually completely healed, but there may have been some permanent damage to his thyroid gland, At this time, the vet isn’t recommending medication. He is a little sensitive around his neck area, not sure if there is a pain element or some minor PTSD reaction. He is also had one seizure in his foster home. It is possible that it was a reaction to being accidentally double-dosed with long acting oral flea medication.

For all he has been through, Lazarus is a SUPER SWEET, easy-going dog, who gets along with everyone. He would prefer a home where someone is around most of the time. He doesn’t mind living with other dogs, but bonds with humans.

Please note that we don’t adopt any of our dogs out to homes with children under the age of 13.
