Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
DOB 5/11/22 - Alpine is a very timid cat - very laid back is looking for a home where she can take her time adapting to her new people and surroundings. The ideal home for her would have another playful young cat or possibly a dog (she did see a dog in foster care, but was not exposed directly to dogs in foster). She has potential for warming up to getting attention from people more when she is comfortable, but will definitely take time. Loves to play with the laser light and wand toys. Alpine22 needs to be adopted with Denali22 - they comfort each other.

The first step in the adoption process is coming into the shelter to meet a cat. Once you have found the perfect match for you, you will fill out a one page adoption application. We will then do any necessary vet checks to make sure that if you have any existing pets that they are up to date on all vaccines and have been seen for regular vet care. Once you have been approved one of our volunteers will contact you to set up the adoption. The last step is one of our volunteers will bring the new member of your family to you and you will sign an adoption contract. We do not spay/neuter or give rabies to kittens under six months of age. If you adopt a kitten under six months you will be required to spay/neuter and give them their rabies at your expense. This will be in the adoption agreement. The adoption fees are $90 for one cat/kitten and $140 for two. All cats have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV, had their distemper booster, rabies if over six months, had fecal testing done and been de-wormed, they have been flea bathed, and have been spayed or neutered if over six months of age.
