My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Reesie!
I might not be able to walk but I can scoot myself around and explore. I really like chasing the red dot light my cat friends had at their house. I like to get my head and ears scratched cause I can`t do it, but I don`t like to sit around too long. I really like being out but when it`s bedtime and I have to go in my pop up I`m ok with it. I don`t whine or cry I just get in my bed and sleep. I really like my friend cats at me foster home, but they don`t know how to play with me. The dogs here don`t pay any attention to me, so we get along fine. There are some big birds here that like to scream sometimes but I don`t pay any attention to them. I`m a sweet girl and don`t give you any trouble.

My adoption fee of $100 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?

If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

More about this rescue

Pawmetto Lifeline, formerly Project Pet, was founded in 1999. Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life. We continue to strive toward the goal of a no-kill community and state through adoption, pet retention, rescue partnerships, and medical services.
