Hi my name is Snow, although my life got off to a bit of a rough start, I know those days are behind me and I'm happy to be off the streets where I was abandoned. Today, I'm a happy, active, playful pup and I can't wait to find an awesome family to love. I'm not too big and not too small, around 50 pounds, I don't think I'll get too much bigger but I'm not absolutely sure about that. My perfect forever home would have an active family that would love to take me on neighborhood walks or hiking sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I love to run and play with my foster canine siblings so if my furever home has a friendly canine brother or sister that would be fun. I love to play with my toys and chewing on my doggy bones so a home with plenty of toys and chew bones is a must. Oh, I also love playing in my puppy pool, it gets really hot in Texas so it's a great way to beat the heat. An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
