Here's what the humans have to say about me:
💕🐶💕MEET RULA!💕🐶💕
Rula is the PERFECT dog! She is just a delight and is a very loyal companion. She is sweet, gentle, loving, well-behaved, and very adaptable to different situations. She's a happy girl, who just wants to love and be loved. She has bonded well with her human foster parents, and learned quickly to coexist with the other large breed dogs in our home. Rula loves her walks in the park, playing with her squeaky toys, and chasing around a pickle ball in the backyard! Rula came to us after spending 3 years in a maintenance yard, tied on a pulley system with very little human contact. Given that, she has shown nothing short of stellar behavior in our home with our other 3 large breed dogs. She knows "sit", "give a paw", and "stay". When given affection, she will often lay on her side, or go belly up for rubs and love.
Rula's ideal home is one where she gets plenty of exercise by way of daily walks with her humans, car rides, trips to the park, and a yard in which to run. She would also do best in a home with another dog of her size or breed that she can play with to really get her energy out. She has had some leash training but will benefit from continued leash work… since she is generally very obedient and intelligent, that should not take a lot of time for her to learn.
Rula's specs: Female, spayed, vaccinated, 4 years old. German Shepard/Siberian Husky mix. She eats well, has no food or any other type of aggression, and is generally quite healthy. She is also very quiet. She has only barked a handful of times... and that was in excitement of seeing another dog playing. She is not cat-safe, and has mild prey drive toward small animals, such as squirrels. Small dog safety has yet to be thoroughly tested, though she does not react strongly to them, as long as they are at a distance. She has no experience with children so best her new family does not have children under 7 yrs of age.
