Meet Charles 😎🐾 Charles is a 4yr old, 11lb, Terrier mix. Charles is a very timid shy boy. Charles gets along with other dogs and he seems to follow their cue. Charles will need time to learn that people are ok too. Charles is very shy and timid but will let you pick him up, pet him all over, but it will take time and patience for him to become one of the family members. Charles’s perfect home would be with a person or family that is layed back and may or may not have another dog. As I mentioned, he will need time and patience for him to blossom and show how sweet he can be. Charles is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date on his rabies vaccine.
