My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

In Estell Manor, NJ - Meet Dusty, this handsome boy is so SWEET! He was found as a stray and taken to a local shelter in Ohio. He had a limp and it was discovered he had Lyme Disease which was causing the limp and he had internal parasites. He has been treated for both and is back to being a healthy, energetic young dog.

Even while Dusty was at the shelter, confused and I'm sure a bit scared, he was described as being a doll and super sweet. The vet doesn't believe he is even a year old yet he's estimated to be 1-2 years old.
He was only 38lbs when he came into to the shelter but he should probably be closer to 50lbs. He is still working on putting healthy weight back on and is doing well.

His fur is soft and very wavy. I don't know for certain but my best guess based on looks that he is some type of doodle, either Aussie/poodle mix or Border Collie/Poodle mix or all 3 lol. If he is a poodle mix his coat type would NOT be considered hypoallergenic.

He has been very good with dogs and cats, just very excited so he can be a little much for older or laid back dogs and he is crate trained. He has had no issues with our dog savvy 3yr old but he’s basically a big puppy that no one has taught anything too so in his excitement he will knock kids over by accident but he’s not bad just excited, goofy and sweet.

He could definitely use some basic obedience training just like any other puppy but he will make an excellent He is currently located in South Jersey.
