While Karter is deaf, it doesn't stop him from being one of the sweetest dogs at Indigo's! Karter runs with the other dogs who play in the fenced two-acre yard all day. He loves to cuddle and it would be wonderful for him to have a home of his own. He may be special needs because of his deafness, but he is very smart and picks up things very quickly. We feel that he would be a great candidate to learn hand signals. Here's a boy who won't be afraid of loud noises like fireworks!
