Meet Willow, a gentle and human-oriented female about 1-1/2 to 2 years old. She was a pet kitten that was left on Tomahawk Island near the Interstate Bridge to fend for herself. An unplanned pregnancy produced 4 beauties and Willow has since adjusted to life as a single gal.
Willow loves to be pet and stroked and is a clean and neat houseguest. She eats canned food twice a day – dry food is out all the time for snacking - and has perfect litter box manners. Lounging languidly on a bed or perched on a high-up area on a cat tree are her favorite places. She would love to sleep with you and be your only pet. We have no record of her life with a dog so maybe take that slow and easy although a cat-savvy pup could be fine if he is respectful and doesn’t chase or bark.
This is a "people cat" who will appreciate someone home a lot. She is not needy in a clingy way but appreciates having a human as a companion. Her adopt fee is $125 and she is an indoor only cat. She does NOT get along with other cats.
