My name is Aries and I was born 6/17/2023....my parents were a Schnauzer and a Shih Tzu. As you can see from my glamour shots, I take after the Shih Tzu parent as my body is low to the ground and stocky. I am a happy, funny puppy who was raised being handled by children and once I get to know them, love people of all ages! My ideal home would have another playful dog to romp with and to snuggle with at night. I'm learning to be crate trained, ugh, that's a tough one for me cuz I really just want to be near my people at all times, and I'm learning to explore my world by walking on a leash.

Potty training is coming along as well as can be expected....I'm a baby, after all. I will potty when you take me outdoors but still don't quite get the "holding it" stuff. My vaccinations are appropriate for my age and I will be neutered soon.

The suggested adoption donation for Aries is a minimum of $600 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". All of our dogs that come from a commercial breeding facility require a securely fenced yard AND a resident companion dog, unless the dog's bio states otherwise.
