Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chip: 3 yr old black & tan male, neutered, undocked tail and uncropped ears.
18 lbs. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter.
"CHIP" ...short for CHOCOLATE "CHIP"
Before we rescued Chip from the shelter they had given him the name "Oatmeal Raisin" but we had to change that name because he's much SWEETER than oatmeal raisin!
This poor little guy sat in the Carson shelter for 2.5 MONTHS because they said he was skittish! Well, this boy is nothing but a sweetheart and gets along great with dogs and people. He is so happy and still acts puppy like.
He has only been in his foster home for 2 days and he is already learning how to be a real dog. He now knows the SIT command. Everything is new to him because it's clear he's never been in a house. He learns and acclimates quickly. He's very dog savvy so he was probably with other dogs before he ended up in the shleter. He has never once tried to lift his leg or mark ANYTHING in the house even before he was neutered!
Chip is a bigger Minpin at 18 pounds. He's a healthy boy and only about 2 to 3 years old.
This gorgeous hunk of a man is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready to go!
Watch a video of Chip at https://www.facebook.com/reel/1042006446975573?fs=e&s=TIeQ9V&mibextid=roAVj8
Note: Chip is located in Long Beach, CA - and we will not fly this boy.
