Penelope is a 9week old female Chihuahua/Terrier mix that is ready for adoption. Penelope is microchipped, spayedand have had at least two puppy vaccines. If you would like more information about Penelope please text only to Ann Brown at (423)505-1714.
Our puppies are rescues from a high kill county shelter. We do our best to determine what breed they are. Sometimes when they are owner surrenders the breed is known, but this can still be a guess by the surrenderer. You may look and see something different than we do which is perfectly fine. What we do know is that each one is 100% rescued.
