My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ben! This sweet senior is a volunteer favorite- there is so much to adore about this great guy. Here are some highlights:

-He’s extremely friendly and loves people. He’s affectionate and charming and gives excellent kisses.
-He’s easy to leash up and walks with a purpose.
-He has a great mix of energy - he’s playful and peppy, but he also appreciates a good nap.
-He`s smart and knows tricks; he`ll sit and come when asked.
-He’s been well-behaved and easy-going when meeting people he doesn’t know in the shelter.
-He’s fun and goofy. He enjoys chewing on bones, splashing in the kiddie pool, and chasing balls (he may or may not bring them back to you).
-He’s always happy and has the best attitude. No matter what life keeps throwing at him, he continues to wag his tail and smile.

Ben is definitely devoted to people and needs to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. No cats or other small pets please! This good boy wants nothing more than human companionship and stability. He deserves a chance to find a forever family to give him a lifetime of kindness and devotion- could that be with you?
