Meet Mathilda!

This awesome girl is a beautiful mix of Bloodhound and Lab. She is just about two years old and a lot of fun! Mathilda or "Mati" is active, playful, affectionate and all around a really great dog. She gets along with other dogs and with all people.

She weighs around 70-75 lbs and is full grown. Mati will need an active family and a home with a yard. She is not suitable for a home with cats. Kids over 8 only due to Mati's size.

Mati prefers to not share her toys with other dogs. She gets along wonderfully except for this one area.

Mati will be vaccinated, chipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is $450.

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

Submit Application

Please submit an application via our website for the dog you are interested in.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once we receive your application we will arrange a meet and greet for you with the dog in their foster home.

3.
Take the Pet Home

After the meet and greet, if all goes well, we offer a two week trial adoption to ensure the dog is indeed a good match for you.

Additional adoption info

All applicants have a two-week trial adoption period. If the trial adoption is successful, a final adoption contract is signed.

Saving Great Animals is a match-making rescue. All of our dogs are in foster homes and we work with you to help you find your best match. All of our dogs are vaccinated, chipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. All applicants have the opportunity to do a two-week trial adoption to ensure the dog is the right match for you. We are passionate about our work and transparent with you so that you find the dog that will be the love of your life.
