My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Theo is a VGB (that’s very good boy) with more friends that he can count on two paws- but what he really needs is a family! Here’s what his pals have said about him:

“Theo is a friendly, handsome, and well- behaved guy. He frequently sought out affection, sitting next to me and leaning in for pets. For the most part, Theo stayed by my side being cuddly and sweet.”

“Theo- what a handsome boy! He settled into a pleasant walk and loves grass. When we got to the field he rolled and rolled, having a blast. We continued slowly around the lake, taking time to sniff.”

“Theo is a very good boy. He settles down into a nice walk after a few minutes. We stopped under a tree and he sat nicely next to me. He watched but didn’t react at all to other dogs or people walking by. Very nice dog!”

“Theo is so nice and easy to handle. Not reactive to other animals and has a soft mouth. He enjoyed pets and treats. He`s a great pup.”

Theo has been on several field trips away from the shelter and has been a great companion all over town:

“Theo was a very good boy. He was really friendly to everyone we walked by and loved saying hi. He was not reactive to any loud noises or strangers. He didn`t seem to mind dogs we passed by. He loved grass and running around. He also loves snuggling up to nap. He was very sociable with everyone, loves to play in grass, loves his zoomies and loves toys. He`s a little bit of a couch potato when tired. He did extremely well meeting new people- he wanted as many pets as possible and gave lots of kisses.”

Theo also spent two weeks in a foster home where he was housebroken and loved to snooze on his very own doggy bed. His foster said that Theo loves toys and loves to play. They described him as friendly, cuddly, sweet, and adventurous, saying the following:

“Theo is the best boy ever, the minute someone finds him and chooses him they will love him forever. He is amazing!!!!!”

Theo shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been independent and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Theo today!!
