This may be controversial but the best ghostbuster is Ray Stantz. No we will not be taking questions. Named after his counter part, we found Ray here to be just as silly, naive, caring, and goofy. We are the Wharton County Stray Pet Outreach Team (SPOT). We are a foster-based program and we assist and support those who have rescued stray or neglected animals. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, heartworm test and medically treat all the animals that we offer for adoption.
